| Description: | The aim of this event is for Trainers and Training Leads to: • Develop understanding of change management • Explore the part they play in change management programmes at Trust level. • Be equipped with the tools to tackle change management issues • Understand delegates’ resistance to change and to identify and manage different learning styles. The event will also provide information and exercises for Trainers and Training Leads to introduce the various tool kits provided and how these are used to manage a training programme in a Trust. Workshop 1 will look at the three different learning styles: visual, auditory, kinaesthetic/physical and will demonstrate the use of various techniques to enable better management of all styles in the classroom or any learning situation. Workshop 2 will enable delegates to use the toolkits provided to apply the appropriate techniques to different tasks relating to the management of a training programme within a Trust, including producing a training needs analysis. |
