Description:	The NHS Summary Care Record is the start of a national care record across the patient care setting in England. The implementation of this immense project has been developed through years of consensus and stakeholder building, and will be going live in 2007. This workshop will cover the Background roles that have taken place for a project of this nature to proceed. It will outline the incremental confidence building and the business process design that went into the creation of this project.
