Team:	NHS East of England
Description:	On 1 April 2007, the National Programme for IT (NPfIT) was repositioned to become part of mainstream NHS business, as part of the NPfIT Local Ownership Programme (NLOP). This is to ensure that the products and services being delivered under NPfIT meet with the current priorities of the NHS. The event is a fantastic opportunity to discover what NPfIT services have already been delivered locally across the east of England; how NHS organisations can/are improving the way that they work and deliver services to patients through the NPfIT; what products and services are available to local health communities now and in the future; and opportunities that exist for health professionals to engage with the programme. There will also be an opportunity to network with other health professionals across the east of England and meet with SHA/CSCA colleagues to find out how they can support you in the future.
