Description:	Start up of Essential IT Skills (NHS ELITE and NHS Health) West Midlands User Group, this group is aimed at Trainers, BCS Approved Training Centre Managers, Training staff who are involved with learning delivery and testing of the NHS Essential and Specialist IT Skills programme to engage with the central programme and allow West Midlands SHA area to meet up and become a local forum.
