Description: NHS Technology Office - Infrastructure Communications Event

NHS IM&T Managers, Directors and other stakeholders are invited to attend a communications update event in London on Wednesday 9 December 2009. The event will include updates and briefings on the following infrastructure areas:

Expense Claims Information:

Please note that claimants can only claim travel expenses for themselves; and not on behalf of other people. More details about what CFH will/will not pay for are detailed within remuneration policy. Expense claims policy and claim form attached. If you need to claim back expenses in accordance with expense claims, please fill in the claim form, sign part B, and send the form including all evidence of your receipts, bills etc. to the CUI Project support officer at:

The CUI Project Support Officer will obtain the approval signature needed in part C and forward your claim onto the Finance department. Please note that claim form can only be accepted for expenses covering one person only, and receipts and bills etc should reflect this also. Expenses claim forms that detail expenses for more than one person will not be accepted, and this includes receipts and bill etc..
