Description:	The DH Informatics Directorate currently support two initiatives for the provision of end user IT skills - Essential IT Skills (EITS) and the Microsoft Academies. Background information

This focus group is intended to:
- To identify what in the current provision has worked well, and what has not been successful.
- Identify what the current requirements are to support end user IT skills
- To establish the requirements of a full IT skills development programme for 2011/12 onwards
- Identify options for how these requirements may be fulfilled
- Prioritise and identify the benefits of these options
